Enter your account email. We will send a secure confirmation link; your account stays available until you confirm.

Deletion removes your profile, membership photo, medical details, emergency contacts and family profiles, revokes sign-in access, and cancels recurring billing. Financial transactions, outstanding credits/refunds and required consent/audit records remain for settlement and the retention obligations described in our privacy policy.

After confirmation, processing normally completes within 24 hours. Provider outages can delay completion; we will email you when complete.
